Vocalz is designed not to collect or store any sensitive information. Vocalz messages and/or calls are always encrypted, private, and secure. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are available below.

The purpose of the Terms of Use is to define the conditions under which you may use the App, and the Services provided by AI VOICE MESSAGING. It is very important that you carefully read and understand these Terms of Use, because by downloading the App, accessing or using the App, registering on the App, and/or using one or several of the app’s functionalities, you acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them in their entirety. If we disable your account for a violation of our Terms, you will not create another account without our permission.
AI VOICE MESSAGING reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time, in full or in part. In the event of amendments to the Terms of Use, you may be informed by a notification. The amended version of the Terms of Use will come into force as of the publication date. You can also determine the date the latest amendments were made by AI VOICE MESSAGING by checking the “last updated” date given above. If you disagree with the amendments made to the Terms of Use, you should stop using the App.
Our Services are not intended for distribution to or use in any country where such distribution or use would violate local law or would subject us to any regulations in another country. We reserve the right to limit our Services in any country.
You are required to access and utilise our Services solely for legal, authorised, and acceptable purposes. The App is to be used for private purposes only and with the express exclusion of commercial purpose.
It is prohibited to use (or assist others in using) our Services in ways that: (a) breach, misappropriate, or violate the rights of AI VOICE MESSAGING, our users, or any other individuals, encompassing privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights; (b) involve illicit, indecent, slanderous, menacing, coercive, harassing, racially, or ethnically offensive behaviour, or incite or support actions that would be unlawful or otherwise unsuitable, including the promotion of violent crimes; (c) entail disseminating falsehoods, misrepresentations, or misleading statements; (d) impersonate someone; (e) involve sending illegal or impermissible communications such as unsolicited bulk messaging, auto-messaging, auto-dialling, and the like; or (f) involve any non-personal use of our Services unless otherwise authorised by us.
You must not (or assist others to) directly, indirectly, through automated or other means access, use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sublicense, transfer, display, perform, or otherwise exploit our Services in impermissible or unauthorized manners, or in ways that burden, impair, or harm us, our Services, systems, our users, or others, including that you must not directly or through automated means: (a) reverse engineer, alter, modify, create derivative works from, decompile, or extract code from our Services; (b) send, store, or transmit viruses or other harmful computer code through or onto our Services; (c) gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services or systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the safety, security, confidentiality, integrity, availability or performance of our Services; (e) create accounts for our Services through unauthorized or automated means; (f) collect information of or about our users in any impermissible or unauthorized manner; (g) sell, resell, rent, or charge for our Services or data obtained from us or our Services in an unauthorized manner; (h) distribute or make our Services available over a network where they could be used by multiple devices at the same time, except as authorized through tools we have expressly provided via our Services; (i) create software or APIs that function substantially the same as our Services and offer them for use by third parties in an unauthorized manner; or (j) misuse any reporting channels, such as by submitting fraudulent or groundless reports or appeals.
You undertake not to access, or attempt to access the App by any means other than the interface of the App provided by AI VOICE MESSAGING, nor to engage in any activity likely to hinder or disturb the functioning of the App.
There are important differences between Vocalz and your mobile and fixed-line telephone and SMS services. Our Services do not provide access to emergency services or emergency services providers, including the police, fire departments, or hospitals, or otherwise connect to public safety answering points. You should ensure you can contact your relevant emergency services providers through a mobile, fixed-line telephone, or other service.
The downloading and access to the App and to the Services are entirely free of charge, except for the Premium Services (if any). To access the App, you must download it to your smartphone or tablet, via Apple or Google mobile store (App Store, Google Play).
For as long as you use our Services, you consent to manually or automatically download and install updates to our Services. You also consent to our sending you notifications via our Services from time to time, as necessary to provide our Services to you.
You are responsible for all data and mobile carrier fees and taxes associated with your use of our Services.
You must register for our Services using accurate data and especially provide your current mobile phone number. You agree to receive text messages and phone calls (from us or our third-party providers) with verification codes to register for our Services.
Unless you decide not to, you provide us with the phone numbers in your mobile phone address book on a regular basis, including those of both the users of our Services and your other contacts. You confirm you are authorised to provide us such numbers to allow us to provide our Services.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and for keeping your device and your account safe and secure. Therefore AI VOICE MESSAGING cannot, in any case, be held liable for the consequences of this use. In case of any unauthorised use of your user account, you agree to immediately notify AI VOICE MESSAGING of at legal@vocalz.ai.
To register on the App and / or use the Services:
If you are too young to accept the Terms of Use in your country of residence, a parent or legal guardian must approve your registration and / or use of the App and accept these Terms of Use on your behalf.
To purchase Premium Services (if any), you must be at least 18 years old at the time of the purchase.
The App can give you access to third-parties’ websites, content, databases, networks, servers, information, software, programs, systems, directories, applications, products or services (hereinafter “External Services”).
AI VOICE MESSAGING has no control over external services, and is not, and cannot be responsible for their content, operation or use. By pointing or otherwise providing access to external services, AI VOICE MESSAGING makes no warranty or does not expressly or implicitly endorse, in relation to the legality, the accuracy, the quality or the authenticity of the content, information or services provided by these External Services.
External Services may have their own terms of use and/or privacy policy. You are responsible for reviewing the conditions of use of these External Services as their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.
You are responsible for taking the precautions to protect yourself against fraud while you are using External Services, and you have to protect your systems against viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful content or destructive documents that can be included or may emanate from these External Services.
AI VOICE MESSAGING disclaims any liability for any damages arising from your use of External Services, and you irrevocably waive any claim against AI VOICE MESSAGING, regarding the content or functioning of all external services.
AI VOICE MESSAGING does not claim ownership of the information that you submit for your Vocalz account or through our Services. You must have the rights to the phone number you use to sign up for your Vocalz account.
The architecture of the App, graphics, concepts, scenarios, names and trade names, trademarks, logos, slogans, domain names, databases, software, and all other components of the App, although this is not an exhaustive list (hereinafter the “Protected Elements”), are the exclusive property of AI VOICE MESSAGING and/or its shareholders. As such, you are hereby informed that these Terms of Use do not entail any assignment of intellectual property rights attached to the App or to the Protected Elements in your favour.
Consequently, you shall refrain from any action that could damage, directly or indirectly, the intellectual property rights of AI VOICE MESSAGING. As such, the use, reproduction, transmission, marketing or creation of derivative works based on the Protected Elements without the prior written agreement of AI VOICE MESSAGING is strictly prohibited and punishable as copyright infringement.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable licence to use our Services, exclusively for your own private and non-commercial use, in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms of Use. This licence is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use our Services, in the manner permitted by our Terms.
You hereby acknowledge that you use the App at your own risk. AI VOICE MESSAGING cannot be held liable for the quality or comprehensiveness or availability of the Services offered by the App, the latter being offered “as is”. Furthermore, AI VOICE MESSAGING reserves the right to amend or suspend its Services at its discretion, and to stop producing the App at any time, without incurring any liability as a result. In such case, you will be informed in due time.
AI VOICE MESSAGING cannot be held liable for any indirect damage, resulting from your use of the App (and in particular but without limitation loss of data, loss of customers or business, loss of chance or opportunities, loss of reputation), or from your impossibility to access the App, your use of the elements contained on the App, from any default, bug or interruption of the App.
AI VOICE MESSAGING, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns, and their employees, agents, officers, directors and / or shareholders will not be responsible for the actions or information (including user content and/or subsequent use made of your user content) of our users or other third parties. In this respect, you warrant AI VOICE MESSAGING and other users against any disturbances, claims, evictions, remedies or actions of any person on the grounds of the violation of their rights, and that you shall be responsible for all costs and damages that may result from such claims or actions.
Also, AI VOICE MESSAGING shall not be liable for the consequences resulting from your violation of the Terms of Use. Therefore, you undertake to indemnify AI VOICE MESSAGING in case of action from a third-party, or in case AI VOICE MESSAGING is sanctioned due to your fault. Our aggregate liability relating to, arising out of, or in any way in connection with our Terms, us, or our Services will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
AI VOICE MESSAGING shall do its best efforts to maintain the App available 7 days a week, and 24 hours a day. However, access to the App may be temporarily suspended, in case of planned or unplanned maintenance, migrations, updates, or constraints related to the functioning of Internet. It is recalled that the transmission of data over the internet only benefits from a limited reliability. The networks used to transmit such data may have different characteristics and capacities and are likely to be saturated at certain times of the day, which may affect their delay of transmission and their availability.
You may, at any time, decide to delete your User Account by contacting: support@vocalz.ai. Your request will be processed within the best delays. Deleting your User Account will entail the permanent deletion of your user content and personal data, subject to AI VOICE MESSAGING’s legal obligations.
If you fail to comply with these Terms of Use, AI VOICE MESSAGING reserves the right to suspend your access to the App without notice, temporarily or permanently, and/or to close your user account, without prejudice to any compensation for damages that AI VOICE MESSAGING is entitled to claim.
AI VOICE MESSAGING’s failure, at any time, to enforce any of the provisions of these Terms of Use and / or its tolerance of the non-fulfilment of any of the obligations set out in these Terms of Use cannot be interpreted as AI VOICE MESSAGING waiving any subsequent enforcement of any of the aforementioned provisions.
If one or more of the provisions of these Terms of Use are deemed invalid or declared as such in application of a law or regulation, or following a final decision made by a competent court, the other provisions shall retain their full force and scope. AI VOICE MESSAGING may, where applicable, replace the invalid provision(s) with a new provision.
The titles of the articles in these Terms of Use are for information purposes only and should not be considered as having any legal value.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of France.
In case a disagreement or a dispute arises, you may contact AI VOICE MESSAGING directly (legal@vocalz.ai) in an attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you are informed that you can choose to use mediation free of charge. You can also visit the European online Dispute resolution platform, available at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/.
Any disagreement and / or difficulty with the interpretation or execution of these Terms of Use shall be referred to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Paris, France.
